Alaafin of Oyo’s youngest queen, Ajoke, clocks 28
Olori Ajoke Badirat Adeyemi is the youngest and last wife of Oba Lamidi Olayiwola Adeyemi 111, the Alaafin of Oyo Kingdom.
The young and stylish mother of two last month clocked 28, and trust Oba Adeyemi, who in his usual manner treated his wife to a gourmet feast, not really for the birthday alone, but also for the special love he has for Ajoke, his youthful queen.
The Yorubas believe a young blood can help temper an old man’s temperature, in fact, making him young at heart. No wonder Kabiyesi doesn’t seem to be aging at all. Even at 79, he is still full of energy and vigour.
