Deesick releases new EP ‘FAR’


Nigerian alternative pop singer, songwriter and performing artiste, Ayodeji Oluwagbenga Daniel popularly known as Deesick, just released a debut EP titled ‘FAR’.


Deesick, which was gotten from his first name and then fused together with what he describes as ‘sickness’, due to the fact that he adopts a non-conformist sound choice in his approach to every song he makes.


‘FAR’ was birthed with a lot of passion and dedication with the focus track ‘Hold Me Down’ and standout tracks such as ‘Magic’ and ‘Aduke’, which features the 95issue frontliner ‘OBT’. The 5-track project is a masterpiece.

In a recent interview he shed more light on the EP saying, his new Extended Play is a testament to this and he describes it as beautiful experimentation drawing inspirations from EDM, Afrosoul and RnB sounds.

The EP was produced by some amazing producers from the likes of Echo, Jozi, Lagosigboboy and engineered by Fac-3 productions.

Speaking about his plans for the rest of the year, the artist revealed that he would be releasing amazing visuals of the EP and new singles.
