In a recent interview, the NecBullion Concept Limited boss, who is from a family of six, explained that he had been intentional about his acquisition of knowledge.

“I have always loved business that’s why I studied business Administration in university my alternative would have been political science. The interest I had before embarking on my postgraduate deploma was and has been the challenge leadership has faced from time in memorial to date”, he said.

“Leadership is said to be the ability of an individual to lead a group of people or an organization. Hence I had nurse the zeal of becoming a leader I have taking this very seriously and I have chosen two components of leadership styles known as Democratic and  Transformational Leadership as my model.

“Since completing my postgraduate program in leadership from the prestigious institution, the Nigerian Defence Academy (NDA) where most Nigerian leaders who had stood tall and outstanding in handling the affairs of this complex nation Nigeria has passed through to mention but few Gen. Mohammadu Buhari, Gen. Babangida etc has distinguish themselves with the model of leadership styles as stated earlier.

Speaking on his foray into business,
Chijioke Nwadavid mentioned that chairman of Union Bank for Africa (UBA) and Heirs Holdings, Tony Elumelu, inspires him to persevere, regardless of the challenges.

“I have a number of business role models, one of which is Tony Elumelu, he has done remarkably well in every sector he has ventured into, beginning with the financial sector then diversifying into Electricity, Real Estate, oil and gas just to mention but a few.

“It takes dedication, Perseverance and an indomitable spirit to accomplish such feat. One of the major things I love about him is his philanthropic nature, he foundered the TOE Foundation which has help numerous SME across Africa. He’s one I look up to”, said the owner of NecBullion.

On some of the challenges he has faced as an enterpriser, the NecBullion founder replied: “I bought a truck after much savings for supplies over a decade ago and I was to go into partnership with Coca-Cola as at that time, the truck broke down I sold all I had including my car to get the truck back up for business”, the NecBullion Concept Limited founder stated.

“Most clients will want you to show them previous major supplies you have done, before they contract you and as a first timer that was difficult so I went into partnership with a friends in law that had made a name for him I was given 30% of every of my transactions but I managed and grew with it”, added the CEO of NecBullion.
