An Apple doesn’t fall far from its tree, they say. However, this one did. John NetworQ has dared to survive since he was a youngster, despite being born into an average household and being driven into poverty after the death of his father.

This Nigerian Elite rapper has experienced enough lifetimes to inform his storytelling, which is delivered in witty lines that leave listeners figuratively drooling for more. He has lived from the hot, tropical weather of the Warri Delta state, Nigeria, to the dreadful winters of the south of France and the sweet sunshine of Northern California.

The Apple That Fell Far (TATFF) is John NetworQ’s first project since his last effort 2018 Son of Merlin Vol 2. This new effort consists of five solo tracks and one collaboration with Southern Nigeria’s newest raving talents, Kaptain and Brenny Jones, who give flawless chart-topping assistance on the record. ‘Hear Word’.

The project kick starts with My Story where John NetworQ talks about his journey from the recent past, throwing in praises to his mum for her efforts. The next song is SABI, which matches the calibre of the conventional wedding song in Nigeria.

The last record The Apple That Fell Far, which is also the title track, ties it all together and it’s better experienced than told. TATFF is a project that will surely increase John NetworQ’s recognition as a legitimate elite lyricist.
