Ramsey Nouah, Tchidi Chiker headline premiere of The Millions

There was a large turn out of A-list celebrities at last Sunday’s premiere of Chika Lann’s production entitled ‘The Millions’. Over 30 Nollywood stars were among other dignitaries from different sectors, who converged on Sky cinema Sangotedo, Lagos for the premiere of the movie, which is promoted as the most talked about movie of the season.

The Nollywood stars that graced the premiere included Ramsey Nouah, Broda Shagi, Shirley Ann, Ayo Makun, Nancy Isime, Ernest Obi, Anthony Monjaro, Judith Audu, Ali Nuhu, Tchidi Chikere and a host of others. Told with a strong star-studded cast including Ayo Makun aka AY, Blossom Chukwujekwu, Toyin Abraham, Ali Nuhu and Ramsey Nouah, the movie tells the story of a charismatic con man who is planning to carry out the biggest heist in history.

To put this off, he has to enlist the services of three other con men. Things go awry as each party has ulterior motives for agreeing to take the job. Written by Tunde Apalowo and produced by Chika Lann, the hall that hosted the premiere could not contain the cheers, laughter, excitement and the fulfillment that comes from seeing the movie that the promoters described as the ‘’biggest heist movie Nollywood has ever produced. ‘’Everyone admitted that the actors brought their A-game’’ says Sam Olatunji, writer, publicist and film producer.

The movie opened in cinemas across the country on August 30.
