RMD, Showkey, Shobowale to star in new movie, Seven

Richard Mofe Damijo, Daddy Showkey and Tayo Shobowale have been announced to star in a new movie titled, Seven. Executive Producer of the movie, Abdul Sammir Hamman, made this known.

According to Hamman, who is also a music artiste and well known by the stage name, Ash, said the movie is near completion and would be ready for the viewing pleasure of the public soon.

The chief executive of IMQ Immaqul8 Entertainment also revealed plans to start a talent agency, whilst offering corporate services, branding, corporate videos, and 3D animation.


Born in Nigeria, the songwriter, dancer and entrepreneur, was raised in the UK and US. Ash came into the music scene in 2003 with the Booker T revamp of his club smash Bounce 2 This, which reached top 20 in the national chart, whilst retaining the number one spot on the UK Garage and Club.

His 2007 single, I’m sorry reached number seven spot on MTV Arabia’s world chart, while his self-titled debut album Ash Hamman, released in 2011, was the best selling album in the Middle East and North Africa.

He has shared stage in live performance with international music heavyweights, including, Akon, Usher, 50 Cent, Nelly, Kanye West, J Holiday, Montell Jordan, 2Face, at the MOBO Awards UK, Miss World Beauty Pageant, and The Serengeti Fiesta.
