Divine gift – Part 2

It is the receipt of this gift that makes us to be described in 1 Peter 2:9 as “… a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, a peculiar people; that ye should shew forth the praises of him who hath called you out of darkness into his marvellous light.”

Jesus is still carrying that gift of gold around with the intention of making more kings on earth…

Kings of the earth make chiefs, but the King of Heaven makes kings…. And that’s why He’s called the King of kings!

John 1:11-12
He came unto His own, and His own received Him not. But as many as received Him, to them gave He power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on His name. I pray for each and everyone today, whatever is preventing us from attaining divine royalty, as intended by God will depart from our lives today in Jesus name. Have you wondered why the streets of the new earth (new Jerusalem – Rev. 21) are made of Gold? It’s because they are waiting to receive the footsteps of kings… Don’t wonder who these are… It’s about us, who receive God’s gift that qualify for the street of Gold.

Some people struggle for the royal stool of their village… And yet you’re offered a more glorious royalty to make you what you are supposed to be, but you are refusing it. But as many as received that gift of God, may He speak in your lives in Jesus name. And as many as are yet to receive Him, receive divine awareness in Jesus name.

Frankincense
Frankincense symbolises Deity to whom worship (incense) belong. This was one great gift the Devil wanted to steal in Matthew 4:8-9.

“Again, the devil taketh him up into an exceeding high mountain, and sheweth him all the kingdoms of the world, and the glory of them; And saith unto him, All these things will I give thee, if thou wilt fall down and worship me.”

The Devil wanted to substitute Money and Power (which is what the kingdoms of the world represent) for the Deity of Jesus. He succeeded the first time with the first god. That’s how he became the god of the world system. But when Jesus was born, He came with the replacement of our stolen godliness! Beyond just a king, the wise men received the revelation that Jesus is God (He’s the only One who receives worship), and no one was going to take that from Him, not even the devil! So, He received frankincense in acknowledgement of His deity! From that gift of frankincense, Jesus is offering to share with you your own portion. Remember:

John 1:11-12

Once you receive Him, you receive part of His frankincense:

Psalms 82:6
I have said, Ye are gods;
and all of you are children of the most High.

John 10:34-35
Jesus answered them, Is it not written in your law, I said, Ye are gods? If he called them gods, unto whom the word of God came, and the scripture cannot be broken;

For as long as money and power could not control Jesus… From today, as many as will receive this gift of frankincense…. Money will no longer control you, but you will control money in Jesus name.
