Are you saved? – Part 5

When you live in sin and you think God does not see you, then you are foolish. It is foolishness to live in sin, whether it has to do with thought or whatever. One thing we all know about God is that He is the Omniscience God. He sees everything, He knows everything and He understands everything. It is better you understand God the way you should understand Him. You should know that God sees everything and know everything about you. A man should understand that when he leaves his station to another place, no matter the distance, that God covers everywhere and that’s why He can do what you may call judgment, the real judgment because He knows everything about everything and He Has perfect understanding. And so, there is wisdom in simply accepting the divine understanding, the divine omnipotence, omnipresence and omniscience and know if God is everywhere, you cannot hide anything from Him.

God is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart. You may cover your sins that no one else would know, but you cannot hide it from God. There is a song we sing that says, “You cannot hide it from God.” God is Omnipresent and Omniscience. He is everywhere, and He knows all things. His word says: “our secret sins are in the light of His presence“ (Psalm 90:8). All things are naked and all things are open to the eyes of whom we must give account (Hebrews 4:12 – 13). A pastor should quickly remember that he is not accountable to the church leader whom he is serving under ultimately, but the ultimate person to whom he is accountable to is God.

God is the ultimate and He knows everything and so, when we come into His presence, wherever we are and in whatever we are doing, we should have the understanding that God knows and sees everything. Somebody may be speaking with his mouth, but all the words he is saying are lies. He will tell you I love you but he doesn’t love you. He tells you I am not the one that did it and I don’t know anything about it, but he knows everything about it and God knows He is lying and because he is lying, he is a child of the devil (John 8:44) and you don’t need to fast to know that. As I am thinking, God understands. I have not spoken, I have not put it into action and I have not done anything, but He understands whether positive or negative, He knows.

When Satan tempts you to close doors, windows, or run away to sin, remember that nothing in all creation is hidden from His sight. The reason why you are not dead like Ananias and his wife is that God is waiting for you to repent. God wants you to be saved and He does not take pleasure in the sinner’s death (Ezekiel 18:23). All things are naked and open before God, remind yourself that always and when the devil comes to try to deceive you, tell him, no. God Has supernatural eyes, supernatural ears, supernatural everything and He understands (Psalm 139: 1-12).

You may say I will go here and I will hide there. God is in Heaven before you get there. If you succeed in going to Heaven to hide, God is there already. Don’t say EEDC has taken light, don’t say there is black out, let me go there and do what I want to do. The darkness will fall on you and even the night shall become light.
