MSSN holds special Ramadan programmes in Kosofe

The Muslim Students’ Society of Nigeria (MSSN), Kosofe Area Council has called on individuals, corporate bodies and government to support its laudable programmes and activities, which are geared towards improving the capacity of students, youths and impacting positively the lives of people.

The Muslim Students’ Society of Nigeria (MSSN), Kosofe Area Council has called on individuals, corporate bodies and government to support its laudable programmes and activities, which are geared towards improving the capacity of students, youths and impacting positively the lives of people.

Amir (President) of the association, Mallam AbdulHafeez Animashaun and the Public Relations Officer, Mallam Mustapha Mustapha, in a statement, said the association had outlined some activities, which would run from the holy month of Ramadan till June.

The programmes are scheduled as follows: I’tikaaf (seclusion in the mosque in Ramadan): Night of April 11 till the day of Eid (Last 10 days of Ramadan); Eid-el- Fitri Get-together: April 21 or 22 (Eid Day as announced).

Others are yearly MSS Week 1444 (2023) and awards from May 5 to 13, 2023 (9 days); yearly Sisters’ Seminar on May 13, 2023 (during MSS Week); Justice Sahid Schools’ Challenge (quiz competition for Secondary Schools), May 10, 2023 (during MSS Week); free medical check-up on May (during MSS Week) and yearly Conference and swearing-in of new executives on June 3, 2023.
