Standing on the potency of the word of God

Dearly beloved, we should acknowledge the fact that the word of God is the material of creation from which every realm of existence came to be. In the beginning, when all things received their being, the Word was, and did actually subsist. The word of God was a spirit before it was spoken out by the Almighty God and thereafter, it manifested to become realms of existence and subsequently, man and all other creations were created.

In the beginning, everything was inside God, Who has neither beginning nor end. God was the only One in existence before creation and through Him; all other things came to be.

Rom 11: 36 says, “For of him, and through him, and to him, are all things: to whom be glory for ever. Amen.”
God is a Spirit Being, which means that everything physical was in the beginning in a spiritual form inside the Spiritual Being – God as the Almighty Being made a declaration through spoken words, and the declaration manifested to become a physical reality.

Man, therefore, is a product of the word of God. It goes to mean that if I am born by the Word, I am nothing but the word. And if I am a product created by the Word, I am by every ramification the WORD. It also means that I am enriched with creative powers and therefore can speak a word like my Father, the God Almighty and the word declared can be manifested into a physical reality because our essential characters are identical.

Many people are ignorant of the power of the spoken word and as a result, suffer the effect of the enemy’s unrighteous verbal attack. Thus, the elementals created by the word of their enemies haunt them and oppose every aspect of their lives.

We must understand the danger of evil spoken word, so that we could overcome the dart and weapon of our enemy. Many people are suffering from ailments caused by evil spoken words. But God has made provision through the words written in the Holy Bible to counter the enemies’ evil words.

There are spoken words captured by the Bible to address every situation in life, whether it is of need, danger, affliction, etc. Those words dethrone your enemy. They take you from poverty to riches, they define your destiny, they turn your sorrow to joy, and can take you from zero level to a zenith level. These words when proclaimed bring succour, healing, promotion, comfort or mercy but unfortunately the children of God are daily threatened and are wallowing in abject poverty, bitterness, suffering from the affliction of both curable and incurable diseases, dying prematurely, being displaced and cheated daily, while the children of the devil are capitalising on their ignorance to gain earthly advantage.

When our Master Jesus Christ by example quoted the word during His encounter with the devil that came to tempt Him, the devil scampered. The written words are established statutory spiritual Constitution that must be obeyed by every creature. Whenever it is spoken, it must surely come to fulfilment. We do not need to render any assistance to it before it accomplished its purposes.

It is like the law of gravity that says what goes up must come down. Whether we agree or not, what goes up must come down. So, the written words, which were spoken by God through divine inspiration, must surely come to pass, whether your enemy likes it or not.

The three Hebrew children of Meshach, Shedrack and Abednego spoke these words and the heat of a consumable fire became cold. By it, Moses subdued Pharaoh; the dead were raised by Jesus, the sick healed, the lame walked, the dumb spoke and the blind saw. The question is: how many of these words do you know because that will determine your strength as a Christian.

My Deliverance From Satanic Influences And HIV
My name is Benoit Nguh. I am a Cameroonian but reside at Malabo, Equatorial Guinea. I will not be ashamed to expose the devil in this testimony because he was not ashamed to put me into the most ridiculous and despicable life situation. I want to let you know that before now, I was a chronic and unrepentant sinner. I was seriously into adultery and fornication and was obsessed with anything in skirt. Although I had female sin partners, who I stupidly called girlfriends, yet I was visiting prostitutes daily in brothels. Besides the fact that I was having them in different shapes and colours, I was also a rapist. When it came to lying or cheating, I was a champion because I could outwit anybody anytime. Truth was alien to me, for I couldn’t remember any occasion that I told the truth. Yet, I appeared innocent and people had dealings with me. I was a drunk, drug peddler and smoker, and delighted in continually doing evil and never considered any of my misdemeanors as wickedness. But when I joined the Lord’s Chosen and heard the undiluted word of God, my life became brand new. I did not only stop smoking, but I am now also irritated by the smell of cigarette. The urge to fornicate and masturbate has ceased. Prior to this change of life, I didn’t know that one could live without committing sin, but now righteousness is my watchword.

Initially, my going to the Chosen Church was not to become born again, but to be blessed and get rich. But every day during sermon, the Pastor would draw sinners’ attention to the impending wrath of God that awaits them, if they refused to repent and those words pricked my conscience. Thus, every service day, I would go home wounded in the heart. This is because while I was into all those atrocities, my wife and children were in Cameroon, whereas I was living with another woman. I mistook such behaviour to be the norm in the society. But after I heard how wicked it is to live with a woman that is not your wife, I started presenting the matter to God to give me the courage to send her packing. 

As this was ongoing, the woman (my sin partners) suddenly fell sick and was taken to different hospitals, but the sickness defied solution. It was when she was referred to the Teaching hospital that she was diagnosed of HIV. At this juncture, the doctor attending to her advised that I should also undergo blood screening to ascertain my HIV status. Without hesitation, I submitted myself for test and the result came out negative. Cheerfully, I took the result to the doctor, but he rejected it and instead directed that I should go to another laboratory. When I repeated the test where he directed, the result was positive. At this point, I became devastated and was terribly afraid. It was like the whole world was falling on me.

Then, I concluded that since there is no cure for HIV, the only option left would be to go and cry unto God for forgiveness. I then took the case to my Pastor, who counseled that if I could amend my ways, the God of Chosen would heal me. I promised to amend my way and he prayed for me, and asked that I should ensure that I participated at a crusade, as the General Overseer would minister live and every yoke would be broken. I asked whether he was sure the man of God would come, and he affirmed.

So, I left what I was doing and engaged in publicity for the crusade. There was jubilation everywhere, when the news came that the General Overseer, Pastor Lazarus Muoka had arrived. I was so happy and reassured myself that the time for my deliverance had come. On the first day of the crusade, I was among the early participants that arrived the venue. And when it was time for deliverance ministration, my case was the first to be mentioned by the General Overseer. He said, ‘that young man diagnosed of HIV, I command you to return to the laboratory for another test, for God has decided to wipe away your tears. You are healed in Jesus name.’ On hearing that declaration, my joy knew no bound, as I jumped out of my seat and found myself rolling on the ground. I didn’t wait for the service to close, as I dashed to the same hospital and asked to be tested again. The lab attendant asked why I wanted to waste money for another test. I told her not to worry about that because I was not spending her money, neither was I begging for her financial assistance. So, after a little argument, she reluctantly took my blood sample for screening.

Lo and behold, when she was done, the result was negative. Somehow, something ministered to me to demand for another test. So, I paid for another test and the result was negative again. Brethren, I cannot stop thanking this God for delivering me from satanic projection and influence. I have amended my ways and the life I live now I live by faith in the Son of God, Who loved me and gave Himself for me.

Yoke Of Stagnancy Broken
MY name is Isaiah Ndukwu. I am a Nigerian but reside in Malabo, Equatorial Guinea. My problem started in 2017, after I returned from a brief visit to my country. As soon as I came back, everything about me became stagnant. Nobody was interested in doing anything with me. Any transaction that I got involved in would suddenly become sour and the other parties would regret why I was included. It got to a point I was living from hand to mouth and at the mercy of friends. Even the people I taught how to do business in Malabo kept their distance from me.

I used to be a critic of the Lord Chosen members, particularly those who boast of the marvellous work of God in their midst. I never believed in miracles, until I attended the Lord’s Chosen crusade through an invitation and was visited by God. During the crusade, many people with diverse health problems received their healings after the man of God prayed.

On my part, as soon as the Pastor started deliverance prayers and people started falling down, I was busy trying to figure out what was the cause of their hysterical behaviour, which made some of them to fall on the ground. As I continued to observe the situation, suddenly, I found myself pulled out of the congregation to the open space close to the pulpit. I later discovered that I was under the influence of the anointing of the man of God. During the deliverance prayers, the Pastor kept saying there was somebody suffering from the yoke of stagnancy, who would receive a call that would positively change his life that day. I didn’t know the prophetic utterance was meant for me.

At the end, when I got home, I felt like someone who had been relieved of a heavy load. Not quite long after stepping into my house, I got a call from an old customer to supply some goods. The customer, who had refused to pick my calls since I returned in 2017 from Nigeria, was calling me repeatedly. He pleaded that I should make the delivery that day, but I told him it would only be possible after the crusade. I was woken up by his call next day after crusade, and I went and serviced the order. Lo and behold, I made 100 percent profit. Since then, I have made more than what I used to make in a year. Beloved, I am humbled by the mercy of God. I can now tell every ear that the God of Chosen is a true God.
