The Diocese of Nnewi Church of Nigeria (Anglican Communion) has officially opened and dedicated DONAC-ADON Farmers’ Market at Uruagu, Nnewi, Anambra State.

The clergy, church teachers, evangelists, church workers as well as residents of Nnewi who witnessed the official opening of the farmers’ market on July 12, 2022, were full of praises to God and to the Diocesan Bishop, Rt. Rev. Ndubuisi Obi.

The modern farmers’ market is one out of various business ventures initiated by the Diocese of Nnewi through the God-given vision and relentless effort of the incumbent Bishop of the Diocese.

The market is an outlet of the DONAC-ADON Farms, Ihite, Okija. It is a home for all organic foods and also, a showroom for DONAC rice, DONAC garri, DONAC plantain flour and fruits and vegetables.

Some of the sections in the facility are fresh food and fruit units, barbing salon, laundry, and car wash service centres, among others.
