A consultant psychiatrist at the Federal Neuropsychiatric Hospital, Yaba, Dr. Olajumoke Koyejo, has raised concern over the growing rate of psychoactive substance use among the youths, noting that about 300 patients in the hospital were diagnosed of substance use.
