As part of efforts aimed at connecting Africans for seamless digital communication and business operations, Humanity Empire Group (HEG) has announced intention to rollout its flagship, AFRIQA Platform.
AFRIQA is an integrated digital ecosystem optimally designed to connect Africans through financial technology, commerce, mobility, communication, digital identity, Artificial Intelligence and social impact services.
The platform is being developed as a unified digital infrastructure that will simplify how individuals, businesses and governments access essential digital services through a single secure ecosystem.
HEG founder, Prof. Christopher Chinedumuije, said, ‘AFRIQA represents our commitment to building digital infrastructure that empowers Africans to connect, transact, innovate and prosper.’
To him, “our vision is to create one trusted ecosystem where technology serves people, businesses and governments, driving financial inclusion, digital transformation and sustainable economic growth across the continent.”
AFRIQA brings together multiple interoperable platforms, including WayaWaya – Digital Wallet, Payments and Financial Services;
OneMarkaet – Digital Marketplace for Businesses and Consumers; WakaWaka – Smart Mobility and Electric Vehicle Ecosystem; Aproko – AI-powered Messaging, Collaboration and Communication Platform; Afriqa ID – Digital Identity and Verification Service; Afriqa AI – Intelligent Digital Assistant and Artificial Intelligence Services, and Afriqa SP – Humanitarian, Social Protection and Government Digital Service Platform
The phased rollout will commence with selected flagship services before expanding across additional digital products and strategic partnerships throughout Nigeria and other African markets.
The Group noted that the platform has been designed with interoperability, cybersecurity, scalability and regulatory compliance at its core, enabling seamless integration with financial institutions, telecommunications companies, government agencies, merchants, developers and technology partners.
Apart from providing digital services, AFRIQA is expected to stimulate innovation, support entrepreneurship, expand financial inclusion, accelerate digital commerce and create employment opportunities across Africa’s rapidly growing digital economy.
The Group is also engaging strategic partners across banking, payments, telecommunications, mobility, cloud infrastructure, artificial intelligence and government digital transformation to support the successful deployment and long-term expansion of the ecosystem.
HEG will announce additional partnerships, pilot programmes and implementation milestones in the coming weeks.
