INGREDIENTS
Ripe plantain
Mackerel (de-boned)
Almond flour
Onion powder
Ground pepper
Egg
Coconut oil/melted butter
Salt
METHOD
Boil the plantain and mackerel. Drain water and put it into a bowl. Mash with a fork or mini pestle.
Pour your egg, almond flour, onion powder, ground pepper and salt and mix thoroughly.
Roll into balls. Bask it with coconut oil or melted butter.
Bake on 180 degrees for 25 minutes.
Serve with mashed avocado.
