Tell us about your role as an identity coach.
As an identity coach, I have the privilege of guiding women on an unfolding journey of self-discovery. My role is to create a safe and nurturing space where people can peel back the layers of societal conditioning and reconnect with their authentic selves. Through our work together, I help women uncover their inherent worth, reconnect with their passions, and cultivate the courage to boldly pursue their God-designed purpose. It is truly an honour to witness the profound awakening that occurs when a woman embraces her true identity and steps into the fullness of who she was created to be.

How are you helping women discover their purpose and authentically pursue their vision?
At the heart of my coaching practice is a deep commitment to empowering women to uncover their unique purpose and courageously bring their vision to life. Through comprehensive one-on-one coaching, strategic workshops, and immersive retreats, I create experiences that challenge women to shed the layers of conditioning and step into their truest selves. I do this under the umbrella of The Fierce Woman Co. (my coaching community).

By blending elements of emotional intelligence, cognitive behavioural therapy, and spiritual principles, I help my women gain emotional healing, build clarity of their distinct purpose, overcome internal obstacles, and develop the conviction and resilience required to live an authentic life of meaning. My role is to guide them in reconnecting with their divine design, aligning their actions with their core values, and building the necessary skills and mindset to turn their vision into reality. Spirituality is at the very core of my coaching approach for women. I firmly believe that true, lasting transformation can only occur when we connect with the deeper, sacred, and spiritual dimensions of our being.

As an identity coach, I see my role as a spiritual guide, helping women rediscover the divine spark within them and awaken to the truth of who they were created to be. Through our work together, I encourage my clients to develop a deeper, more intimate relationship with God as the Source of all that we are.

I’ve witnessed first-hand the profound impact that this spiritual connection can have on a woman’s journey to self-discovery and purpose fulfilment. When she grounds herself in the knowledge that she is a beloved child of God, uniquely and wonderfully made, she begins to shed the weight of societal conditioning and embrace herself authentically.

Through practices like prayer, meditation, and scriptural reflection, I teach women to tune into the whispers of their souls, to discern the voice of their Creator, and to boldly step into the vision He has for their lives. This spiritual foundation provides the necessary resilience and courage to navigate life’s challenges, overcome fears, and courageously pursue their God-inspired dreams & visions.

However, my approach is not about imposing any particular religious doctrine or practice. Rather, it’s about creating a sacred space where women feel empowered to explore and deepen their unique spiritual connection, whatever that may look like for them. I see my role as a facilitator, guiding them to unlock the transforming power that lies at the intersection of their deepest desires and their highest calling in God.

I believe that when a woman finds the courage to align her life with her God-given purpose, she becomes a living, breathing embodiment of the power of faith, hope, and divine transformation. It is this spirit-led journey that lies at the heart of my coaching work, and it is the driving force behind my mission to empower women to become the authentic, audacious, fierce, and purpose-driven leaders they were always meant to be in their spheres of influence.

As an emotional intelligence expert, cognitive behavioral therapist, and marriage counsellor, how have you leveraged these diverse skills to drive your work in raising ‘fierce women’?
My multifaceted background as an emotional intelligence expert, cognitive behavioral therapist, and marriage counselor has uniquely positioned me to guide women on a holistic journey of personal and relational transformation. By drawing upon these interdisciplinary strengths, I’m able to help women cultivate self-awareness, regulate their emotions, and shift unhelpful thought patterns. This, in turn, empowers them to navigate life’s challenges with greater clarity, resilience, and relational intelligence.

Through marriage counseling, I’ve experienced the profound impact that a woman’s personal growth and empowerment can have on the health and harmony of her relationships. By coaching women to reclaim their voices, set healthy boundaries, and communicate authentically, I’ve seen them transform not just their lives but also the dynamics of their most cherished partnerships. This holistic approach is at the heart of my mission to raise ‘fierce women’ – women who are grounded in their identity, empowered in their relationships and equipped to make a lasting impact on the world around them.

What stands out for you in the community of women you lead, as you empower and coach on fulfilling their God-inspired vision?
The most remarkable aspect of the women I have the privilege of serving is that they are already great women, loaded with treasures within and powerful possibilities. However, my coaching process helps create a platform that ignites and propels them into purposeful pursuits and significant success. I’ve witnessed my women courageously confront their deepest fears, shed limiting beliefs, and step into the fullness of who they were created to be. What truly stands out is the palpable sense of sisterhood, as these women support, encourage, and uplift one another on their collective journey.

As I empower them to fulfill their God-inspired vision, I’m in awe of the profound transformations that occur – women who once doubted their worth now radiate confidence; those who once felt lost now boldly embrace their purpose; and those who once struggled with balance now harmonise their roles and responsibilities with grace and intention. It is an honour to witness these women blossom into the fierce, purpose-driven leaders they were destined to become.

What informed your passion for the path you have taken today?
My journey has been profoundly shaped by destiny. I believe I am living out a divine script written by the author of my life – God. I am of the firm belief that my passions have been informed by my spiritual identity and prophetic destiny. There is an imprint of God upon my life that which I cannot deviate from or shake off even if I wanted to. I believe there’s an internal compass within us that navigates us onto the path of purpose. My life’s work is a mission of the Lord that my heart is compelled towards and it sits upon the foundation of God’s Love for me, my faith in God, and a deep conviction that every woman is endowed with a unique, God-inspired purpose that should be realised. Through my struggles and triumphs, I’ve come to understand the transforming power of identity work, emotional intelligence, and relational healing. I’ve seen the profound impact a woman’s self-discovery can have on her relationships, her career, and her overall well-being. It is this belief in the inherent greatness within every woman that fuels my passion and drives me to champion their cause.

How would you describe a fulfilled woman?
A fulfilled woman walks in the fullness of her God-given identity, embraces her true purpose, and radiates an unshakable confidence in her worth and abilities. She has learned to navigate life’s challenges with grace, has cultivated the courage to pursue her dreams, and understands that her value is not defined by external circumstances or societal expectations but by her connectedness to the vine. A fulfilled woman has found harmony between her various roles and responsibilities, seamlessly weaving together her professional aspirations, her personal growth, and her relational commitments. She has the wisdom to discern when to lean in and when to let go, has the resilience to bounce back from setbacks, and radiates a contagious joy and fulfillment in her everyday life. A fulfilled woman lives by divine design.

What drives and motivates you for success?
Success to me is doing the will of the heavenly Father and completely executing it with precision and becoming like my heavenly Father in the process. Everything I do is in the context of who I am becoming in God and what He has assigned me to do thus eternity remains my motivation.

What is your advice to women seeking to find their path, while navigating homefront balance?
My advice to women seeking to find their path while navigating the delicate balance of home and life is to embrace the beauty of small beginnings and trust the process. Far too often, we can become paralysed by the desire for perfection or the fear of getting it wrong, but the truth is that the journey of self-discovery and purposeful fulfillment is an ever-evolving one. In order for something to be balanced it must have ‘a core’. Remember, you are the core and so you must keep your heart in a state that allows you to manage the demands as well as the twists and turns that may come along the way. In addition, I encourage women to create a system in their lives that allows them to prioritise what is important. You should start where you are, celebrating each incremental step forward, no matter how small. Lean into your support system, whether that’s your partner, family, or a community of like-minded women, and don’t be afraid to ask for help when you need it. Recognise that there will be seasons of life where certain responsibilities may take precedence, and that’s okay. The key is to approach each phase with intentionality, maintaining a steadfast commitment to your vision while honoring the ebbs and flows of your daily life. Most importantly, I urge women to be gentle with themselves, to silence the inner critic, and to trust that they are exactly where they need to be and when it is time to evolve, the inner compass will lead them forward. When you approach your journey with self-compassion and faith, you open the door for the most profound and lasting transformation because you cannot hate yourself into your evolution.

What is your life mantra?
I am written and I live in accordance to my divine script with precision and power.
