In a world where brokenness is often normalised, Ayomide Synesis, popularly known as The Emotional Surgeon, is helping African women heal, enjoy romantic love, activate identity, and rise into wholeness.
Her life’s work flows from a clear mission: to guide visionary women, daughters of Zion, from ashes to power and from pain to purpose. Through Christ-centred coaching, psychology-backed frameworks, and transformative gatherings, she equips Christian women to confront hidden wounds, unlock confidence, and thrive in every area of life.
Founder of Healed to Thrive Global and Director at Synesis Solutions LLC, Ayo has created safe spaces for women across Africa and the diaspora to heal emotionally, spiritually, and relationally. Her signature blend of emotional healing frameworks, biblical wisdom, and identity activation has touched lives in the USA, UK, Lagos, Tanzania, Kenya, Ghana, and South Africa, with a vision set firmly on Africa and the world.
“I know what it means to feel shattered. But I also know the power of healing. Women are not called to survive; they are called to thrive.” – Ayomide Synesis
From City Hangouts to a Global Movement
What began as small gatherings in Ibadan has grown into a national movement of women hungry for restoration. The Healed to Thrive Hangouts have welcomed over 100 women across 3 Nigerian cities (Ibadan, Lagos, Abuja), equipping them to navigate trauma, rediscover confidence, and build authentic sisterhood.

The Healed to Thrive Hangouts have welcomed over 100 women across 3 Nigerian cities (Ibadan, Lagos, Abuja), equipping them to navigate trauma, rediscover confidence, and build authentic sisterhood.
In 2025, the vision expands with The Healing Conference Lagos on February 7th, themed “Breaking Baggage, Building Boundaries (B4).” This bold gathering of over 1,000 women will explore the wholeness of a woman, from finance to femininity, branding to ministry, relationships to etiquette, medicine to mindset. Designed to be Nigeria’s most talked-about healing experience, it will redefine what it means for Christian women to be whole and purpose-driven.
Beyond conferences, Ayo’s 1:1 coaching containers are restoring lives in measurable ways. Her flagship program, DIVINELY DETACHED, is a 6-week immersion for women ready to release toxic attachments, rebuild confidence, and step into emotional freedom. Through proven frameworks, participants reset their mindset, activate their self-worth, and embrace transformation, spiritually and emotionally.
With Isaiah 61:1–3 as her anchor, Ayo’s heartbeat is simple: to raise healed women who will heal nations. Through local tours, global retreats, digital bootcamps, and the upcoming Healing Conference Lagos, she is building a pan-African network of healed, whole, high-value women, daughters of Zion reclaiming their crowns.
“I believe that by restoring women, families are strengthened, businesses are reborn, and communities are transformed.” – Ayomide Synesis.
From Abuja to Accra, London to Atlanta, Healed to Thrive is fast becoming the go-to hub for Christian women seeking emotional healing, spiritual renewal, and practical empowerment. With growing demand, the movement is preparing to launch an academy and global mobile app dedicated to wholeness for women of faith.
Her message is clear: Healing is possible. Purpose is real. Wholeness is the birthright of every woman.
Healed to Thrive is not just a movement; it’s becoming a global home for Christian women to heal, thrive, and lead nations.
