Imuero Godspower, popularly known by the moniker, Gypee, aka Son of the Sound, is a fast-rising Nigerian afro-pop singer, songwriter, stage performer and recording artiste.

The gifted artiste, who is set to release his debut EP titled, Son Of The Sound EP, is hopeful of a good outing.

“It will be out next month,” he said. “The EP consists of five tracks.”

Gypee started music at a very young age, and in 2018, he released DatKinTin. Story Go Change, produced, mixed and mastered by Progress Records, followed in 2019.

Born into a Christian home, Gypee hils grew up in Okpara waterside, where he obtained both his first school leaving certificate and West African Senior School Certificate. He had his primary education in Erhorogwere and secondary at the Anglican Grammar School, Okpara waterside.

Gypee, currently on a management deal with BlacDollar Entertainment, is open to any given endorsement or deals.
