The Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC) has approved the promotion of 7,472 personnel nationwide, comprising 2,134 officers and 5,338 marshals.

The Corps said the promotion is aimed at rewarding merit, dedication, discipline and years of service, while strengthening professionalism and road safety operations across the country.

The newly promoted personnel are expected to be decorated between August 26 and 28, 2026, as the FRSC urged them to justify their new ranks through greater accountability, leadership and improved service delivery.
