SperaDeal debut in Nigeria, moves to empower talented Africans.

Speaking during the virtual launch of SperaDeal; a new start-up company with the vision to become Africa’s No. 1 Company in Talents Development and Innovations, the Founder of SperaDeal, Mr. Fredrick Maximum, highlighted the vision behind the establishment of SperaDeal.

This vision he anchored on the need to revolutionise the economy of Africa through innovations, products and talent development. In his keynote address, Mr. Fredrick submitted that SperaDeal is an idea whose time has come.

In his speech, the Operations Director of SperaDeal, Dr. Donald Igwegbu, highlighted that SperaDeal is inspired as a result of the increasing youth bulge across Africa, the unemployment rates, the population-to-unemployment ratio, social tensions and the need to harness stranded innovations and talents to win-win solutions across Africa.

Dr. Igwegbu opined that technology is the new gold.

The Productions Director of SperaDeal; Engr. Charles O’Martins in his remarks spoke on SperaDeal’s Operational and Productions Value Chain, with emphasis on the inventors’ application process, selection criteria, market analysis, legal contractual agreements, fundings from venture capitalists, production ergonomics and developments.

Engr. O’Martins reassured the audience that SperaDeal as a responsible company would ensure that everyone interests, innovations and patents would be protected in accordance to SperaDeal’s core values.

Notable Guest Speakers at the virtual launch were Professor Afam Icha Ituma, Vice-Chancellor Coal City University who spoke on the need to harness the Tripple Helix Framework that requires collaborations between the University (Academia), the Industry and Government.

The Founder of Fredson Foundation, Mrs Gracetiti Fredson in her speech touched on the Institutional voids, infrastructure gaps, corruption, system inefficiencies and dysfunctional systems.

The Founder of Premier Hub, Engr. Ibukun Obe, spoke about the benefits of harnessing innovations, their experiences and challenges at Premier Hub.

In his own presentation, the Inventor of a bespoke Water-Pneumatic Generator, Engr. James Sylvester, spoke about the challenges he has encountered so far, the need for funding and the significance of his innovations in helping to address the issue of climate change.

Wrapping up the virtual launch, the Event Anchor Person and Director of Award Winning HR Hub Ltd, and Peridot Recruit Ltd, Mr. Edward Obi laid further emphasis on the significance of innovations and creativity with a charge to everyone at the virtual launch to begin to channel credible talents and stranded innovations wherever they are seen across Africa to SperaDeal for onward developments.
