Goronyo promises excellent representation of legal profession as Minister

The Minister of State, Federal Ministry of Water Resources and Sanitation, Bello Muhammad Goronyo, has assured the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA) of his dedication to uphold the values of the Association in his new capacity as minister.

The Minister of State, Federal Ministry of Water Resources and Sanitation, Bello Muhammad Goronyo, has assured the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA) of his dedication to uphold the values of the Association in his new capacity as minister.

This was made known during a courtesy visit to his office by the NBA, Sokoto State Chapter. The minister acknowledged the platform, which the NBA has provided him to positively impact the lives of Nigerians and assured the visiting team that he will utilise the opportunity effectively.

The Head, Press and Public Relations Unit of the ministry, Funmi Imuetinyan, in a statement said Muhammed Nuhu, Chairman of the Sokoto State Chapter of NBA, congratulated the Minister of State on his remarkable journey within the legal profession.

Nuhu highlighted the impressive track record of the Minister of State, which includes active membership in the NBA Sokoto Branch, Deputy Speakership of the Sokoto State House of Assembly, Commissioner of Information, Sokoto State, and his current esteemed position as Minister of State for Water Resources and Sanitation, among others.

While applauding Goronyo’s growth and unwavering commitment to his profession, the NBA Sokoto Chapter, also pledged their unwavering support and prayers for the success of the Minister of State, recognising his impressive credentials.

They expressed confidence in his ability to make a meaningful impact in his new role. The Minister of State expressed his gratitude to the Association’s support and emphasised his commitment to maintain an open and collaborative approach to his new role.
