Natalie Workman, speaks on what sets her apart from the competition
Natalie Workman is an expert in leading teams and developing people. After interviewing, hiring, training, and managing hundreds of employees, Natalie has become increasingly sure of herself as a valuable asset, with a wealth of knowledge on how to build and scale teams.
“The foundation for my unique ability to execute is my desire to continually apply the insights I’ve gained through both my formal education and work experience,” she says.
“Throughout my studies at University of Portland from 2011 to 2013, I focused on Economics and Social Justice. My understanding of these disciplines was expanded through studying Organizational Development at the London School of Economics from 2015 to 2016. Since then, I have been building a strong following with the nation’s most business savvy executives.”
As a result of those relationships, Natalie launched the WorkWoman podcast where she shares her conversations with other industry leaders. She has also successfully launched two seven-figure courses on leadership development, team alignment, and business growth.
“I differentiate myself from the competition by providing an immeasurably higher level of value than anyone else in the business consulting industry. I resolutely believe that Cardone Ventures, the WorkWoman podcast, 10X People Skills, and People Essentials are changing the lives of business owners, employees, and female professionals.”
