Women have been charged to build capacity, foster collaboration, and amplify women’s voices in the real estate industry.

This charge was given at the Real Estate Queens Conference 2.0, organised by Capital City Development Ltd., held at Merit House, Maitama, Abuja.

The conference brought together leading women in business, real estate, and leadership from across the nation.

The 2025 conference themed, “Resilience,” captures the spirit of women who continue to rise, innovate, and inspire even in the face of challenges.

The conference featured a distinguished lineup of women of influence who shared from their wealth of experience, faith, and expertise: Global voice of purpose and empowerment, inspiring women to live intentionally, Mrs. Favour Osiri-Wisdom; Esteemed public speaker and advocate for women’s leadership and community advancement, Dr. Asabe Vilita Bashir; Dynamic entrepreneur and financial strategist passionate about helping women build sustainable wealth, Amb. Tiana-Wealth Christopher Bassey and Accomplished realtor and business leader dedicated to empowering women to succeed in property and enterprise, Mrs. Jennifer Mike-Alicha.

The convener, Mrs. Nkwawi Jilantikiri Kalu, said: “Resilience is what keeps vision alive. Every woman building in this sector knows that challenges are inevitable, but strength, consistency, and community make the difference. That’s what this platform represents.

Participants experienced a rich blend of panel discussions, success stories, networking sessions, and mentorship opportunities aimed at equipping women with tools to win in business and leadership.
