The event is targeted at improving awareness and building a platform for women and young girls to thrive. The Club is anchoring a vibrant community that offers women a platform to connect, share their experiences and uplift one another.

President of the Impeccable Soul Sister Club, Ololade Oni, stated that the organisation is committed to helping women from diverse backgrounds excel in every sphere, by offering them the right resources that position them to deliver optimally: “We are all about supporting women to achieve their full potential, by encouraging and facilitating their active involvement in business, employment, learning, and community life,”

The Impeccable Soul Sister Club has been on a journey of women empowerment, having recently supported market women at the Oshodi and Iyana Ipaja Markets with financial windfall for their businesses. They are now aiming to help women attain sustainable growth and become change makers in their respective fields.

She noted that the upcoming event goes beyond celebrating the resilient and dynamic nature of women. It aims to offer women extra incentives to be fearless in the pursuit of their goals: “The aim of ‘Igniting Potentials’ is to unlock untapped abilities, skills, and talents in women. The phrase suggests a focus on offering motivation, inspiration, and creating an environment where women can realise their full potential”

Oni noted that the Impeccable Soul Sister Club intends to develop a system that offers women tools and resources for their empowerment and upliftment. She wants to see more women rise to the occasion in their different walks of life:

“Our long-term goal is to create a sustainable network of empowered girls and women. Who are equipped with the resources, skills, and confidence to lead in their communities, break barriers, and achieve economic, social, and personal success. This includes Mentorship, ongoing education, and leadership training, ultimately fostering a global movement of empowered girls and women who champion each other’s growth,” Oni added.

She remarked that there is a need for more women to step out of their comfort zones and show the world what they are truly capable. Oni called on more women to support each other in stepping forward and making their voices heard.

“Women are powerful, capable, and deserving of every opportunity to grow, succeed, and live life on their own terms. Never underestimate your worth, your voice, or your ability to make an impact. Embrace your uniqueness, support one another, and continue breaking barriers,” she noted.
