All is set for the second edition of the Rullion Capacity Foundations Women’s Entrepreneurship Fair (WEF 2.0) tomorrow. The fair aims to highlight the importance of family bonding and spending quality time together.

The Fair which will be held at the NPA Grounds, Eko Club Close, Surulere will bring together different exhibitors showcasing various items which will all be sold at a range of N3, 000 or less. There will also be different fun and games to entertain guests like karaoke competitions, raffles draws, dancing and food.

Organizations like the Lagos State Employment Trust Fund, Cadbury Bournvita, Nobel Carpets and Rugs, Lush Hair, Guinness Orijin Zero and Molfix Diapers and Tissue have also thrown their weight behind the fair and will be on hand to distribute their goods and products to all participants.

The event will be declared open by the Executive Chairman of Surulere Local Government, Hon Tajudeen Ajide and other dignitaries to grace the occasion are Hon Desmond Olusola Elliot, Mrs Ayodeji Megbope, Mrs Mofolusade Sonaike, among others.

A statement by Mrs. Oluwatoyin Egedi, Convener of the WEF programmes, stressed that there was no gate fee as admittance was FREE to all and also stated that some past alumni of the Rullion Empowerment Center would also be on hand to showcase items and display the skills they learnt at the centre.

She said: “The essence of the programme is to create an atmosphere where the whole family can relax together and engage in activities that will create memorable memories during the Yuletide season without putting a strain on the family purse.”

Mrs. Egedi said they hope to make the Women’s Entrepreneurship Programme a bi-annual event, adding that interested persons could reach the Foundation at its office at 50, Ajao Road off Ogunlana Drive in Surulere or visit www.rullioncapacity.org to either book a stand or to apply for their training programmes.
