Who is Sade Balogun?

Born in April 1967 to the late Professor Bola Olujide Balogun, Folasade embarked on her academic journey at Staff School, Ile-Ife, and later attended Our Lady’s Girls High School. She holds a BA Hons in English Language from the prestigious University of Ife (now Obafemi Awolowo University), laying the foundation for her future success.

Sade Balogun’s career spans over two decades, with a remarkable tenure as Managing Director of Esstech Limited and Esstech College in London. According to her: “Having had a good experience of the buy-to-let and new-build property markets in the UK, it was simply a matter of time, of course, that I would engage heavily in the Nigerian real estate market, which appeared to be crying out for quality. I bought a few parcels of land, all in the Ibeju-Lekki Local Government Area of Lagos and embarked on my first project at the current site of Amen Estate phase 1, Eleko.”

In 2003, Folasade returned to Nigeria and founded Redbrick Homes International Limited, single-handedly building the Amen Estates Group from scratch. Her vision was clear: to create a luxurious, serene, and safe haven for Nigeria’s elite.
