Take care of yourself
Do not leave your mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual wellness in the hands of anyone else.
People may be able to advise you, physically train you, pray for you and or give you therapy, but it’s up to you to take responsibility for your own wellbeing.
In my journey thus far, I’ve also learned how important full-body wellness is.
I truly believe that as women we harness an inner superpower, however, that can only be released and used in the appropriate direction when the brain and body are aligned and thriving.
As work piles up, opportunities come knocking, social events come calling, and family raises their demands, it is essential that you carve out time to take care of yourself.
Your to-do list should also include taking time off, doing something relaxing, and getting more sleep.
If you know there are areas in your life that may need further attention and specialized help then take the steps to do so. We have to be accountable and truthful to ourselves first.
We can only be as good as we let ourselves become.
Promise yourself that as you strive to accomplish your goals, that you also put the same energy in achieving full body wellness and peace of mind.
