The women holds first ‘the circle’ meet

The Circle forum was organised by The Women platform to bring women together in a fun, and interactive session that focuses on self improvement, and personal development in order to live a life that is balanced both spiritually, physically, mentally, and emotionally.

The first meet was held on June 5.The Women aims to empower, and inspire women to reach their highest potential by improving every area of their lives so that they can live a happy and fulfilled life that is meaningful. Our focus for the next few months is on “self love”

The forum was informational and lots of fun with Meditations, poems, self love interactive games and activities, inspirational movie clips, and conversations on how to live a passionate life, led by Dr, Ify Nwakwesi, author of “passionate life”
