Stir-fry Chicken Sauce

This delicacy is tasty, melts in the mouth and can be eaten alone or with your favourite carbohydrate. You really do not need much seasoning to make this healthy recipe delicious.

INGREDIENTS

  • Chicken breast
  • Cabbage (sliced)
  • Carrot (sliced)
  • Green pepper (sliced)
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • Red onion (chopped)
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 2 cloves Garlic (mashed)
  • 1 tbsp Paprika
  • Seasoning cubes
  • Salt

METHOD

  1. Wash and put the chicken into a pot, add salt, and seasoning cubes and cook until tender, then remove the chicken and set aside. Put butter in a saucepan and melt, then sauté the onion in butter for three minutes.
  2. Add cabbage, carrot, green pepper and stir-fry for 10-15 minutes until tender. Add the garlic and paprika. Put in the chicken and stir thoroughly.
  3. Enjoy alone or with rice.

NOTE: After removing the chicken, dice it. In addition, you can refrigerate the chicken sauce for another use or you can add a little flour and enjoy it with rice.
