Organisers of the Big Brother Naija reality show have announced July 26 and 27, 2025, as the premiere date for the new season.

This year’s winner will walk away with ₦150 million, the highest prize money since the show began in 2006.

According to the organisers, MultiChoice Nigeria, the 2025 edition will feature the return of long-time host Ebuka Obi-Uchendu.

Last year’s edition, themed No Loose Guard, introduced a twist where housemates entered in pairs and were later unpaired. Kellyrae emerged winner and became the first married housemate to win the show, taking home ₦100 million.

The organisers also confirmed that physical auditions returned this year and were held between May 16 and 18.
