Miss Face of Humanity Nigeria (MFOH Nigeria) 1st Ambassador 2025, Amb. Precious Detiem, on Sunday, called on Nigerians to adopt peace, compassion, and forgiveness as guiding principles in their daily lives.
In a heartfelt Easter message shared via her official social media platforms and those of the MFOH Nigeria organization, the humanitarian advocate encouraged citizens to reflect on the deeper meaning of Christ’s resurrection, not only as a symbol of faith but as a powerful call to action.
Detiem said: “As we celebrate the triumph of light over darkness, love over fear, and hope over despair, this Easter reminds us that our greatest strength lies in compassion.”
She emphasized that Easter should move Nigerians to rise above hatred, heal broken dreams, and rekindle their shared humanity through purposeful acts that promote peace, justice, and inclusion.
Amb. Detiem highlighted practical steps everyone can take, such as: Offering forgiveness where there is pain; Defending the rights of women, girls, and the vulnerable; Supporting children’s access to education; and Promoting peace in homes, communities, and digital spaces
Reiterating her dedication to the mission of MFOH Nigeria, she said, “I remain committed to building a world where peace is rewarding and where humanity is more than just a value, it’s a way of life.”
She ended her Easter message with a powerful appeal: “This season, let’s rise, together, to create a more just, inclusive, and compassionate Nigeria.”
The Miss Face of Humanity Nigeria organization continues to use national occasions like Easter to promote unity and empathy, reinforcing the values that transcend tribe, gender, or belief.
