A forum of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) lawmakers in Osun State House of Assembly has hailed the judiciary for granting Senator Ademola Adeleke bail at the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) Abuja Magistrate’s Court in the fresh testimonial and certificate forgery case.
The forum also condemned in strong terms the “unlawful and barbaric” acts of the police over the arrest of Adeleke because of his victory against the All Progressives Congress (APC) at the election.
In a statement signed by the forum’s spokesman, Faruq Olanrewaju Abbas, the lawmakers said it was wrong for the police to allow itself to be used.
