President of Jamie Pajoel International (JPI), Dr. Jamie Pajoel, granted full scholarships to 27 young leaders from Imo State to participate in its Annual Leadership Conference held recently in Kigali, Rwanda, 
 
The conference, which attracted global leaders, C-suite executives, directors, business owners, HR professionals, and government officials, provided a platform to address contemporary leadership and business challenges in the modern, complex marketplace. 
  
These youths were selected from different local government areas within the state to create sustainable changes within their communities, offer entrepreneurial solutions, and foster leadership growth. 
  
The conference with the theme, “Build To Last,” had experts including Dr. Pajoel; CEO, G-Text Global, Dr. Stephen Akintayo; CEO, of Pamtech Group, Chidiomere Ndubuisi; Founder of Africa’s Young Entrepreneurs, Special Adviser to the Ondo State government on Entrepreneurship Development, Dr. Sunmy Smart Francis; founder of Women Who Wins Africa, Dr. Louisa Akaiso, and Board Director, Africa Business Council, Dr. Tinashe Manzungu all spoke on diverse ways to equip delegates with practical insights and contemporary leadership abilities to promote sustainable organisational growth and profitability. 
  
The high point of the conference was the conferment of an Honorary Doctorate Degree in transformational leadership on Dr. Jamie Pajoel, by Myles Leadership University.
