Leading consulting firms, Ciuci Consulting has finally commenced operations at their new regional office in Asaba, Delta State capital. The office, which is expected to cover both South-South and Southeastern regions, is another key achievement for the professional services firm, which is considered to be one of the most innovative brands in 2018 by Jobberman.

A strategy and consumer intelligence company with strong technical expertise in strategy formulation, research, and human capital development, Ciuci Consulting is committed to helping startups and entrepreneurs build their business by furnishing them with requisite information and strategies required to succeed in business.

“The company is founded on the principle that companies in Africa experience tough challenges that require practical and realistic solutions, not just reports. So, after years of operating in Lagos and helping businesses grow, we thought it wise to move towards the South-south and Southeastern parts of the country to support entrepreneurs over there,” Chukwuka Monye, the Managing Partner and Founder of the firm.

For Monye, “This regional office shows the firm’s commitment to contributing to the economic development of the region. We already have clients based here and we want to be more deliberate about deepening our relationships and efforts. We are keen to do two things – work with clients to develop and implement strategies to access more markets as well as hire and train local talent.”

In the last 11 years, the firm has provided strategic and operational support to the private and public sectors covering over 250 projects. Its clientele include MTN, House of Tara, Bestman Games (producers of the City of Lagos edition of Monopoly), Massey Street Children’s Hospital, Africa Capital Alliance Ltd and Fidelity Bank. Its advisory board is made up of individuals with impeccable track record such as Bismarck Rewane, Nimi Akinkugbe and Muhammad Ali Pate.

Services frequently requested for by clients include consumer intelligence; strategy formulation and implementation support; training & coaching; interim management; business outsourcing; business turnaround and restructuring; industry analysis; due diligence; monitoring and evaluation.

According to Dr. Charles Dimnwaobi, founder of Everyday Supermarket, a retail chain operating in the southern region and client of Ciuci Consulting, the company’s move cover the South-South and Southeast regions is unprecedented.

“It will afford business owners an opportunity to have more convenient access to top quality professional services. I know the positive impact the firm has had on my business and there are many more companies that can benefit from the services the firm renders, especially those requiring business transformation.”

The excitement about Ciuci Consulting in the regions was also expressed by one of its consultants Iheanyi Nwaiwu, who said, “I relocated to Lagos from Imo State to join Ciuci Consulting and participate in its renowned Analyst Training Program, which has sharpened my critical reasoning skills. Top talents from the region now have easier access to this same opportunity I have been exposed to.”

The firm has an exceptional talent pool of consultants, who have academic backgrounds from great schools such as University of Ibadan, Harvard Business School, University of Nigeria, Covenant University and University of Oxford.
