The Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG), Salvation Centre on Oba Ogunjobi Street, Ikeja GRA, Lagos recently celebrated its 25th anniversary.

The weeklong celebration kicked off with an empowerment programme, donations to the needy and free medical test, all in a bid to give back to the society.

Apart from the award night, where four pastors, including Samuel Olatunji, who served the parish, were rewarded, members also engaged themselves in different games on Saturday after the dinner.

The celebration was rounded off with a thanksgiving service presided over by the special guest minister and Pastor-in-Charge Lagos Province 2, Pastor J. A. Adeyokunu.

Speaking at the ceremony, the parish pastor, Olu Ayeni, thanked God for the journey so far, adding: “We give all glory to God Almighty for the past 25 years, for His grace, watching over and sustaining the parish.”
