The Church of Nigeria has changed its mission in North America from the Convocation of Anglicans in North America (CANA) to the Church of Nigeria’s North American Mission (CONNAM). The mission is currently made up of two Dioceses: the Anglican Diocese of the West (ADW), led by Bishop Felix Orji, and the Anglican Diocese of the Trinity (ADOTT), led by Bishop Amos Fagbamiye.

There are six Suffragan Bishops in CONNAM. ADOTT has four Suffragan Bishops — Bishop Augustine Unuigbe; Bishop Olukayode Adebogun; Bishop Adedokun Adewunmi and Bishop Martyn Anagbogu. ADW has two Suffragan Bishops — Bishop Scott Seely and Bishop Celestine Ironna. The Coordinating Bishop of this mission is the Rt. Rev Dr. Felix Orji, who is the Diocesan Bishop of the Anglican Diocese of the West.

Our mission is to reach Nigerians and non-Nigerians with the saving and sanctifying gracious gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ in the context of the evangelical Anglican tradition. We hope to partner with the Anglican Church in North America (ACNA) in this endeavour and in brotherly love.
