Unveiling the mystery of light – Part 1

Then spake Jesus again unto them, saying, I am the light of the world: he that followeth me shall not walk in darkness, but shall have the light of life. John 8:12

Jesus emphasised the fact that He is the light with greater strength – the Light of the world. Light in any form is always stronger than darkness. The “let there be light” as spoken in the beginning continues to dominate and sustain our world till today despite gross darkness in the world, they could not put our light out. The word of the Lord cannot be broken and where the word of God is light will show up.

The source of the true light is God through the word of God. The more we establish the word of God in and around us the more illuminated we become, the brighter we shine, the farther darkness disappears and greater our manifestation in life. Our light and manifestation to the world is through Christ Jesus.

For in him dwelleth all the fullness of the Godhead bodily.  Colossians 2:9
In him was life; and the life was the light of men.
And the light shineth in darkness; and the darkness comprehended it not. John 1:4-5

We are to shine as light and there is no amount of darkness that can overcome our light.  Jesus our Master is the bright and morning star and so are we.

I Jesus have sent mine angel to testify unto you these things in the churches. I am the root and the offspring of David, and the bright and morning star. Revelations 22:16

Just as the earth cannot be bright or manifest light without the great light, the sun, so we cannot manifest without Jesus Christ but with Him our shining has no limit.

And they that be wise shall shine as the brightness of the firmament; and they that turn many to righteousness as the stars forever and ever (Daniel 12:3).

We are here on earth to manifest the mystery of His brightness; we are to display His manifold wisdom. We are to manifest and not to be hidden.

That in the ages to come he might shew the exceeding riches of his grace in his kindness toward us through Christ Jesus (Ephesians 2:7)
I see you rising in this season.

I shall see him, but not now: I shall behold him, but not nigh: there shall come a Star out of Jacob, and a Sceptre shall rise out of Israel, and shall smite the corners of Moab, and destroy all the children of Sheth (Numbers 24:17).  

These stars are not idle neither will they allow any form of darkness to prevail; they will fight for peace and justice.

They fought from heaven; the stars in their courses fought against Sisera (Judges 5:20).

The most difficult battle to him was the fight from the sky. When arrows and bullets (supernatural bullets and arrow) were descending from the sky, mortals on ground cannot win such battles. Our manifestation for the world to see will be as a result of victories won from the heavenlies.

And the LORD said unto Joshua, Fear them not: for I have delivered them into thine hand; there shall not a man of them stand before thee. And it came to pass, as they fled from before Israel, and were in the going down to Bethhoron, that the LORD cast down great stones from heaven upon them unto Azekah, and they died: they were more which died with hailstones than they whom the children of Israel slew with the sword.

Then spake Joshua to the LORD in the day when the LORD delivered up the Amorites before the children of Israel, and he said in the sight of Israel, Sun, stand thou still upon Gibeon; and thou, Moon, in the valley of Ajalon. And the sun stood still, and the moon stayed, until the people had avenged themselves upon their enemies. Is not this written in the book of Jasher? So the sun stood still in the midst of heaven, and hasted not to go down about a whole day. And there was no day like that before it or after it, that the LORD hearkened unto the voice of a man: for the LORD fought for Israel (Joshua 10:8, 11-14) This is indeed the manifestation of the sons of God. You are to shine on earth, you are born to shine.
