With Mama Oyoyo, Premium Music Celebrates Mothers
In celebration of Nigerian mothers for their support to their families, Premium Music has released a new song, Mama Oyoyo, featuring Iyanya, Yemi Alade, Tekno, Olamide and Skelebobo. Produced by fast rising beat maker, DJ Coulblon, the track appreciates women for their strength and courage.
According to a press statement issued by the record label, “Mama Oyoyo is a song dedicated to mothers, especially as they represent the emotional backbones of the family. They provide the holding place for everyone’s feelings and do their best to keep us from being hurt. Truly, our mothers worked hard and made sacrifices, so our lives would be better. There are not a lot of people willing to do that, so it is important for her to know we appreciate her.”
For the artistes, working together on this project has really inspired, motivated and encouraged them to raise their game.
“The music gave us a very strong purpose and a sense of not wanting to let each other down. This collaboration has brought a lot of benefits, making music should be fun, and the Team had a lot of that. It was an amazing experience working with such talented artistes in the production of the song,” said DJ Coulblons.
