Lets go to Ghana!!!
Omo Tuo is a rice dish that arguably originated from Hausa people (TUWO dish) but is enjoyed as one of Ghana’s delicacies today. It is made by cooking rice and pounding or rolling the rice into balls. In the Northern parts of Nigeria, it is often eaten with dried okro soup; in Ghana, it is eaten with peanut or palm nut soup.
INGREDIENTS
2 cups, White rice
5 cups, water
Salt
METHOD
Wash the rice thoroughly and pour it into a pot of water. Add salt and bring to a boil until rice is soft. Allow to cool for 5-7 minutes.

Mash the rice with a small pestle or wooden spoon until the rice is smooth.

Fill a cup with cold water and put it close to the pan. Wet your hands, scoop rice, roll into balls, and put it into a serving dish.

Place two balls into a plate and pour your preferred soup into it.

Enjoy with your choice of drink.
