Her journey into real estate was driven by a passion for wealth creation and problem-solving. Aware of Nigeria’s severe housing deficit and the prevalence of fraudulent activities in the industry, she saw an opportunity to make a difference. She founded Reb360 Limited, a company committed to helping individuals invest in real estate with confidence. Through strategic coaching and mentorship, she has guided hundreds of people toward securing property investments, changing their lives in the process.

Since its inception, Reb360 Limited has made remarkable strides. The company has helped over 500 clients acquire properties across Lagos, Ogun, and Benin City. It has launched nine estates, including Kairos, Zuri City, and REBVILLE Epe, offering clients secure investment options. Additionally, her Real Estate Mastery & Mentorship Program (REMMP) has trained over 200 professionals, many of whom have risen to become industry leaders. Her company has also created income-generating opportunities for more than 700 individuals, further reinforcing her belief in real estate as a tool for empowerment.

For Tope, the real estate sector is not just about business—it is about impacting lives. Many individuals who were once skeptical about investing in property have now become landowners, thanks to the trust and credibility Reb360 has built. She finds great fulfillment in knowing that people have found a secure path to financial growth through her company’s initiatives.

However, one of the challenges she has observed in the industry is the underrepresentation of women. While many women work as real estate agents, few actually own assets or lead major developments. She believes that mentorship is crucial in changing this narrative. “Women need to see others succeeding in the field to believe it’s possible,” she explains. She also highlights that the justice system needs to be strengthened to protect investors, especially women, who often perceive the industry as risky. By creating a safer and more supportive environment, she hopes to see more women thrive in real estate.

Tope credits much of her success to mentorship. She acknowledges having several mentors, with Dr. Olumide Emmanuel playing a particularly significant role in guiding her real estate journey. She believes in paying it forward by encouraging young women to dream big, work hard, and surround themselves with supportive peers. She urges women to challenge limiting beliefs, emphasizing that they have the capacity to build and lead successful businesses.

Through her leadership at Reb360 Limited, Tope Mark-Odigie is redefining real estate, breaking barriers for women, and creating opportunities for financial empowerment. Her work is not just about buying and selling properties—it is about changing lives, building confidence, and inspiring a new generation of real estate leaders.
