Singer Chris Brown has been hit with a $50 million lawsuit coming from an alleged assault that took place backstage at his concert.

The lawsuit was filed in Harris County, Texas by four men – Larry Parker, Joseph Lewis, Charles Bush, and Da Marcus Powell. In addition, the lawsuit names his tour promoter Live Nation as defendants. As well as members of Brown’s entourage including Sinko Ceej, Hood Boss, and Yella Beezy.

According to the complaint, the incident occurred on Friday following Brown’s performance as part of his “11:11 Tour” at the Dickies Arena in Fort Worth, Texas. The plaintiffs claim they were invited backstage to meet Brown, but when they went to congratulate him, tension quickly escalated.

The suit alleges that after one of the men who filed the suit, Bush, approached Chris Brown to compliment his show. A member of Brown’s entourage reminded the singer that the two had previous issues. Brown then allegedly said, “Oh yeah, we were. What’s up, n—a? I don’t forget s–t,” before he and 7-10 members of his crew proceeded to assault Bush, punching him in the chest.

Furthermore, the complaint states that Brown’s associates also attacked the other plaintiffs. Larry Parker reportedly tried to flee down a staircase but was cornered and punched in the face and chest. He was also kicked in the head for over 10 minutes on Brown’s alleged orders. Meanwhile, Powell was punched in the shoulder, and Lewis was hit in the shoulder and chest.

All four men claim to have sustained injuries and are currently undergoing medical treatment. Their attorney, Tony Buzbee, stated: “No one should have to endure what these clients endured. We will seek the maximum amount of damages allowed by law for this egregious conduct.”
