Nigerian digital entrepreneur and influencer, Osinuga Oriola, Founder and CEO of NaijaEverything, has said that the brand is out to inspire nation-building.

Oriola added that he is expanding his platform to meet growing demand for authentic youth-focused content and creative entrepreneurship in Nigeria.

With a combined audience of over 1 million followers on Instagram @naijaeverything, a business-verified TikTok channel, and a rapidly growing Snapchat presence @ne_validated with Spotlight content that generated over 80 million views in a single month, Oriola has positioned NaijaEverything as one of the country’s most dynamic digital media brands.

What began in 2013 as a self-built blog has evolved into a multi-platform media brand covering music, fashion, comedy, and celebrity news.

He disclosed, “A lot of people didn’t take the movement seriously at the time, even people close to me. In 2015 many didn’t understand the internet yet. But with perseverance I was able to take NaijaEverything to a greater height.

“Authenticity is non-negotiable. I built NaijaEverything because I genuinely loved Nigerian culture. Trends come and go, but I ask if it fits our voice first,” he added.

A key growth driver has been Oriola’s work as a top Snapchat lens creator with over 250,000 followers, His viral lens that puts users in native Nigerian attire became a fan favorite.

“I went into lens creation to make people happy. My filters either make people happy or beautify them,” he stated.

He added, “I listen to the people. I know what they are enthusiastic about and feed them content that blends with their energy.”

Beyond digital media, Oriola releases music “just for fun and at random times,” often spotlighting youth struggling to get out of the slums, a theme he says most Nigerians can relate to.

As an influencer, he adds: “Brands now know of someone they can trust to take their product to the next level, someone with 100% credibility.”

Looking ahead, Oriola aims to grow NaijaEverything into a recognized name in African entertainment media.

“In five years, I want NaijaEverything to be more than a page for gist. I want original content, bigger collaborations, and our own shows. I also want to spotlight rising talent. You can start from nothing, stay consistent, and build something real,” he said.
