church-iconJEHOVAH’S Witnesses will, every weekend from this month to December 20, 2015, be featuring resources that assist families throughout Nigeria to be stronger and more united. This is a focus of their 2015 three-day yearly regional convention with the theme “Imitate Jesus!”

Currently going globally, the series of 259 conventions scheduled to hold at 29 locations in Nigeria will begin on Friday August 28. It will be presented in 17 Nigerian languages in addition to English, French and American Sign Language. The programme is scheduled to begin 8:20 am. daily.
According to the statement by the spokesman of Jehovah’s Witnesses Convention for Lagos and Ogun, Mr. Ademola Adeagbo, all is now set for the commencement of the three-day spiritually enlightening convention in four different locations in the states.

“Jesus, the founder of Christianity, is widely considered as one of the most influential and significant men who ever lived. As Christians, a core belief of Jehovah’s Witnesses is that Jesus lived his life as a model for us to follow. The ‘Imitate Jesus!’ convention will examine Jesus’ life, as outlined in the Bible, and emphasize how all—regardless of their background, lifestyle, or religion—can benefit in practical ways from his example and teachings. A highlight of the programme will be the keynote address on Friday morning, entitled ‘Concealed in Him Are All the Treasures of Wisdom,’” Adeagbo said.

The convention will begin in the Southwest (September 4-6) at Jehovah’s Witnesses assembly halls located at Ibereko Village, Badagry, Lagos and along Idi-Iroko Road, Ota, in Ogun State. Other locations hosting the convention in Lagos and Ogun states are Assembly Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses at Daluwon, along Mowe-Ofada Road, Ogun State and the one at Ajibona Village, Lekki, Lagos.

Revelation is a symbolic book – do we see Satan walking around like a dragon“? Do we gather that
Wormwood is symbolic? God has always had a people who become wayward in their worship to him.

Where does our salvation come from, the organization or from Christ? Rev 7:10

Satan has had his hand with many harlots; the FOURTH BEAST is the most deceptive to lead God’s people astray. Dan 7:19

Have you been watching the news from Australia? How do you excuse these actions, and that is only one country where abuse has been revealed?

“Woe to him who builds his palace by unrighteousness, his
upper rooms by injustice, making his countrymen WORK FOR NOTHING, not paying
them for their labor. He says, ‘I will build myself a great palace with spacious upper rooms.’ So he makes large windows in it, panels it with cedar and decorates it in red. Does
it make you a king to have more and more cedar? Did not your father have food
and drink? He did what was right and just, so all went well with him. He
defended THE CAUSE OF THE POOR AND NEEDY, and so all went well. Is that not what it means to know me?” declares the Lord. “But your eyes and your heart are set only on dishonest gain, on shedding innocent blood and on oppression and extortion”. Jer 22 13-17

“See, I am beginning to bring disaster on the CITY THAT BEARS MY NAME, and will you indeed go unpunished? You will not go unpunished, for I am calling down a sword on all who live on the earth, declares the LORD Almighty.’” Jer 25:29

        “You have made your bed on a HIGH AND LOFTY HILL;
(mountain-like organization) there you went up to offer your sacrifices. Behind your doors AND YOUR DOORPOSTS YOU HAVE PUT YOUR PAGAN SYMBOLS (JW.ORG….EVERYWHERE!) Isa 57:7,8

“For they have forsaken me and made this a place of foreign gods; they have burned sacrifices in it to gods that neither they nor their fathers nor the kings of Judah ever knew, and they have filled this place with the blood of the innocent.” Jer 19:4

“Do not be deceived, my beloved brethren. Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, and comes down from the Father of lights, WITH WHOM THERE IS NO VARIATION OR SHADOW OF TURNING.” (how many dates have been set for Armageddon?) James 1:16,17

Shikinah, why does your church tolerate sexual abuse and misconduct and even punishes the victims of such horrible ordeals?

      1. A religion must be united in order to have a policy that is applied to all individual churches.
      2. A religion must remove practicing child molesters from their ranks to protect the children.
      3. A religion needs to have a database with names of former molesters, convicted molesters, disfellowshipped molesters, reproved molesters, and so on, in order to make sure that former molesters are not put in responsible positions to gain trust of children and molest again.
      4. And finally, they must keep track of the molester whenever he moves to another congregation so that the restrictions applied to former molesters can be enforced.

Since no other religion meets all of the four points above it would be impossible for them to have a better child abuse policy than Jehovah’s Witnesses. It is clear to honest persons that the child abuse policy of Jehovah’s Witnesses is the best of all religions, bar none. But isn’t that what you would expect from an organizaton that is directed by the Most High God? Of course, we could be proven wrong if someone could simply provide us a link to a better policy. But don’t hold your breath.

The JW method of handling molestation and abuse is complete horsesh*t, and the Australian government obviously feels the same way. Maybe if you had a policy of automatically reporting the accused to the local authorities immediately once a serious allegation surfaces and treat the accuser, especially if it’s an underage one, in a Christian manner- then you wouldn’t have governments putting your faith under the microscope over this.
Oh and with the evidence gathered it looks like your faith failed to carry out several of those 4 points.

Btw, the LDS Church not only meets all those 4 points- it exceeds them and isn’t under harsh scrutiny that your own church is under.

Furthermore, Matthew 18:6, Titus 3:1 of the KJV Bible further hurts the JW’s lenient policy on abuse and molestation.
