PRESIDENT Vladimir Putin will travel to Minsk to participate in a Ukraine peace summit together with German Chancellor Angela Merkel and French leader Francois Hollande later Wednesday, the Kremlin said.
“Russian President Vladimir Putin today is travelling to Minsk where he will participate” in four-way talks that will also include Ukrainian leader Petro Poroshenko, the Kremlin said in a statement.
