NiBUCAA is a Business Membership Organization (BMO) established on February 15, 2003, as the voice oÂf the private sector Âresponse to HIV and AÂIDS in Nigeria. It was set up to position the private sector in capitalizing on their unique strengths and proficiencies to HIV programme areas Âand mitigate the impaÂct of HIV and AIDS in the workplace and soÂciety in general. NiBÂUCAA was put together on the premise that Âbusinesses have colleÂctive leadership roleÂs to play in the multi-sectoral response tÂo HIV and AIDS, led by the National Agency for the Control of AÂIDS (NACA).
The Coalition believes the workplace repreÂsents a very good assÂistance and a platform wheÂre information on preÂvention, care and supÂport programmes can bÂe disseminated.
