Gifted singer Dr Soul has officially announced his new project on social media, revealing the tracklist for his debut EP, “The Younger Me.” This 7-track project marks a significant milestone in Dr Soul’s career, offering fans a deep dive into his personal and musical journey.

To celebrate the release, Dr Soul will host an intimate listening party on August 4th. The exclusive event will be hosted by renowned comedian and event host, Elenu, promising an evening of music, stories, and connection.

“The Younger Me” features seven captivating tracks: “The Younger Me,” “Save Me,” “Water Carry Me Go,” “Kowole,” “I Don Land,” “Love in the 90s,” and “Nagode.”

Each song offers a glimpse into Dr Soul’s experiences, blending past memories with his current path. As he shared on Instagram, this EP is a vulnerable project that delves into his personal experiences growing up and his ongoing journey: “An Insane body of work with glimpses of the past and present.”

Born in Imo State, Nigeria, Dr Soul graduated from the Caribbean Medical University in 2020. His stage name is a nod to his medical background and his soulful music style. Influenced by artists like Tiwa Savage, Bruno Mars, and The Weeknd, Dr Soul has already made a mark in the music industry. Notably, he secured a top 40 spot on American Idol in 2021, standing out among 15,000 auditionees.
