Music is one of Nigeria’s biggest exports, TMSN Entertainment says, introduces modern recording studio
TMSN Entertainment has described music as one of Nigeria’s biggest exports to the world.
According to the entertainment company, government and the private sector must further partner with the indigenous music industry to improve the quality of production and also create more employment opportunities for the country’s teeming youthful population in the process.
TMSN made the remarks during the recent unveiling of it’s state-of-the-art recording studio in Lagos.
Founded in 2017 by Mrs Yemisi Z Lawal, TMSN Entertainment in a statement on Friday said, “Music has earned Nigeria a lot of respect globally, in fact it is the country’s biggest export to the world.
“For this reason, government and the private sector must continue to support the industry for continued growth and employment creation opportunities for Nigerians.
“As a reputable entertainment company, TMSN is fully backing the new innovations in the industry and that is why we have invested heavily on a state-of-the-art music studio in Lagos.
“The high ceilings and mid-ambience of our new studio provide a tight punchy sound constantly sought after by top producers and A-list music artistes in Nigeria and the Diaspora.
“The studio has an additional vocal isolation booth and a Yamaha grand piano that has been used on many rock albums and private artist lounge.
“The studio provides a high-quality, low-cost recording and production option for music artistes, audio journalists, sound designers and multi-media projects.
“The TMSN recording studio is equipped with an Apple iMac computer system running Logic X Pro, Protools 12, Ableton Live 10, and Cubase, an open-source digital audio engine.
“More information about the studio can be found on our official IG page @tmsnrstudio.
“We believe that if all stakeholders work more closely together, the music industry in Nigeria will help to significantly tackle unemployment.”
