Dangote slashes ex-depot petrol price to ₦825

Dangote Petroleum Refinery has slashed its ex-depot price of premium motor spirit (PMS) from ₦890 to ₦825.
Esan Sunday, Head of Media Relations and Branding Communications at Dangote Group, announced the reduction in a statement on Wednesday.
According to the refinery, MRS Holdings stations, its retail partner, will sell for ₦860 per litre in Lagos, ₦870 per litre in the South-West, ₦880 per litre in the North, and ₦890 per litre in the South-South and South-East, respectively.

The refinery said the price adjustment was made to provide relief to Nigerians in anticipation of the upcoming Ramadan season while also supporting President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s economic recovery policy by alleviating the financial burden on the Nigerian populace.
