Sule sacks SSG, dissolves cabinet in Nasarawa

Nasarawa State Governor Abdullahi Sule has fired the Secretary to the State Government (SSG) and announced the dissolution of his cabinet.

He also relieved all personal aides of their duties.

The governor announced this decision at a special emergency executive meeting, marking a significant change in the state’s administration on Friday in Lafia.,

Meanwhile, there is anxiety as Sule has yet to state his reasons for the dissolution.

Sources close to the governor said the decision was long expected and disclosed that most of the sacked appointees may not be reconsidered to continue with the government.

Our correspondent gathered that celebrations erupted in some quarters following the removal of the SSG whom many claimed was behind many set backs of the government.
