Honda Manufacturing Nigeria Limited has unveiled its new motorcycle model, ACE150 that is equipped with higher engine performance and advanced vibration-free comfort.

The newly launched Honda ACE150 offers enhanced strength compared to the ACE110 and ACE125 models, guaranteeing smoother and more controlled ride for consumers. In addition, its technological advancement enhances noise reduction with an advanced brake system for quicker response times and shorter stopping distances, which is critical in emergency situations.

Speaking at the product launch, Managing Director, Tetsuya Kawai, said the product was designed to make commuting and businesses easy for the customers, stressing that the motorcycle is built with fuel-efficient engine and rugged design to withstand the demands of everyday use.

He reaffirmed the company’s commitment to improving the country’s transportation system through quality and durable products, emphasising that the motorcycle is engineered with advanced safety features, superior fuel efficiency, and comfort designed specifically to deliver a smooth ride on the challenging Nigeria roads.

In his remarks, the Sales and Customer Service, Olabade Badejo, noted that the company recognised the challenge facing the harsh policies around motorcycle operations in some part of the country, adding that the new product would serve rural settlers especially farmers and those living in non-motorable areas.

He lamented that lack of government’s support for motorcycle producers is one of the challenges why the country does not have motorcycle built-in Compressed Natural Gas (CNG).
