PalmPay customers to explore payment option on PalmPay App

PalmPay has unveiled channels where their customers can choose their payment options.

In our fast-paced world, there are details people naturally ignore due to urgency.

According to a statement by the online banking platform, “To make payment seamless, PalmPay has an in-app payment feature called Priority Payment Method, that eases transactions.

“The feature allows users to choose the primary payment method for which multiple payment options are allowed, such as airtime/data top-up and bill payments.”

The selection will be the first option for airtime/data top-up and bill payment.
The feature does not apply to transfers, PayShop, withdrawal, savings and the likes.

If a user sets priority ‘payment method is not available’, the system will automatically choose the next available payment method.

“For a user to set his or her Priority Payment Method, he or she needs to open the PalmPay app and go to Settings, click ‘Payment Setting’, select ‘Priority Payment Method’, choose the Priority Payment Method that suits him or her best,” the statement added.
